Marieke is an experienced nature coach who leads the sessions with confidence and lots of attention.
I was really impressed how much she helped me connect to nature and myself during the forest bathing and nature coaching sessions I had the chance to attend with her. The effect of such a session is much stronger than when I immerse myself into the nature alone. She has a good eye for detail, she easily tunes in to the topic of a given session and the people attending. She is also great at maintaining a neutral atmosphere and directing our attention to observation without attaching any value or judgement to what we experience. I truly appreciate her skills and personality and can warmly recommend her as a nature coach.

Ich hatte das Glück, Marieke Kremers Coaching bei einem Seminar in der Schweiz zu erleben. Es war eine Wohltat und ich habe mir anschliessend eine ganze Liste aufgeschrieben mit Erkenntnissen für den Alltag, die ich jetzt brauche.

Es war ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Ich konnte einen neuen Blickwinkel auf meine aktuelle Lebenssituation bekommen. Ich fühle mich seitdem so viel entspannter und befreiter. Vielen Dank!

Ich kam mit einem konkreten Problem, das ich seit Jahren ungelöst mit mir herumschleppe, und ging mit einer konkreten Lösung nach Hause.
Marieke hatte schon nach 5 Minuten den grössten Ast, der mir im Weg lag, erkannt und einfach weggeräumt. Danach war's ein Spaziergang...
